You Are Not Weak.

If you have experienced anxiety you know first-hand that it just plain sucks. It can make you feel worried, preoccupied, fidgety, physically uncomfortable and simply awful. I know because I have lived most of my adult life with anxiety disorders.

Unfortunately the anxious feelings can lead us to feel depressed and down on ourselves. But I am here to remind you that you possess great strength by living with anxiety and showing-up every day! Having anxiety does not mean you are weak, it means you are strong.
